A vast range of high performance globe valves are available from Tubelok, in either bolted or union bonnet forms. The customer is able to choose from a variety options including cone or flat seat, bronze or stainless steel, and a variety of end fittings. Smooth operation and reduced closing torque are achieved using a PTFE anti-friction disc between the valve spindle and the disc assembly.

Extended spindle valves are available for liquid service, along with standard spindle lengths for use on ambient gas requirements. All materials used are selected for their suitability to function at cryogenic temperatures. All valves are degreased for oxygen duty.

The Tubelok Cryoreg is designed to provide all pressure regulation functions within one valve. Designed for use on all cryogenic pressure vessels including static tanks (cold convertors) and transportable tanks. The Cryoreg valve combines all of the following functions into one unit

  • Pressure build-up regulator
  • Economiser valve
  • Thermal relief – on two the three ports.

These valves are designed for the protection of static and road-going storage tanks against damaging over pressure. Each valve is individually calibrated and stamped with the date of manufacture, and has it’s own unique serial number prior to dispatch.
